For over a decade, I’ve sat with students who were stuck. It could be because their supervisor rejected a particular topic, or because a particular methodology didn’t add up. Sometimes, it was because they couldn’t make sense of their SPSS results. Over the years, helping such students get unstuck has been a major part of my work, long before it became a thing.

I established iPER Project in 2018, to give this particular kind of support, a true home. My goal is to provide students the opportunity to have just one person with whom they can work from the first messy idea all the way to their final defense, and not have to find and gather together advice from different people in different places.

Since then, we have worked with students at different levels, from undergraduate final year project students to PhD students. The main thing I want students to feel when they finish a project, and defend it, is: “I understand my work, and I can defend it.”
